[CW] Resonant CW Speaker

I built the resonant speaker in the current QST.  It "works" in that I
certainly hear the "peak" with my 600 Hz sidetone and I can tune a CW
signal and hear that "peak" also.  However, there is NOT ENOUGH VOLUME.

I used the exact parts that the author used; ordered them all "fresh"
from Amazon so no "junk" from the junkbox was implicated.

I figured I had screwed up, so I built a second one, thinking I might
have a speaker anomaly.  The second speaker was the exact same speaker
called for in the article also.  Same exact results.  If I screwed up at
least I was consistent ;-)

If anyone builds a resonant speaker that produces sufficient volume, I'd
like to get in on the details.

Clearly, I see where resonance has value but I just can't get the volume
I need.

I now wonder if the 1/8" centered hole in the plastic was suspect since
the recently posted Youtube video clearly had something on the order of
1/4" or larger.
