Carl Friedrich Gauss and Wilhelm Weber developed the very first
electromagnetic telegraph (pre Morse) in 1833. This excellent BBC Radio 4
program is focusing mainly on Gauss' contributions to number theory,
mathematics, geometry, magnetic fields... Great anecdotes, fascinating! You
