   I believe I said:   I have read the bill.
It does NOT make the HOA DO anything.
It does make HAMs reveal all exterior antennas.

   It does NOT alter any agreement that the homeowner has signed.
It will be found to be not consistent with the constitution and general
law, if challenged.

   The wording has been approved by the associations of HOAs.
