[CW] Elimination of CW-Only Sub-bands

At first my reaction was similar to K0HB, I yawned.  But as I tried to
read the petition, my eyes were swimming in confusion:  This fellow,
or myself, is either delusional or an wannabe attorney who doesn't
understand that his point should be sharp and clear at the end of a
petition, I realized, or if I am delusional, I thought I realized that
this was no threat.

But I reconsidered - Keyboard/Computer communications is more damaging
to manual radiotelegraphy than the other way around.

I found a link on Marshall Emm's Brasspounder reflector to the
comments site.on the FCC site:

If anyone understands what the petition actually says, guide the rest
of us in sending here - and to Marshall Emm a sample comment objecting
this proposal.

Marshall will (I hope) relay this information to Brasspounders.
