I thought the idea of the legislation was to eliminate the need for
stealth antennas.
I don't understand how the federal government can change the
conditions of private contracts (or make them illegal or invalid)
without taking the loss of peoples inalienable rights a huge step
further and setting an undesirable precedent.
With DTV type dishes they said that they are not ugly enough to be
banned.
The FCC rule preventing cities from enacting "limiting towers" rules
do not alter any contracts, just regulations.
