[CW] OT: FCC Petition for Lifetime Amateur License

When I assume room temperature no one, absolutely no-one, will give a rip what arbitrary set of alpha-numeric characters the FCC had assigned to my radio station.  (Just to clarify, call signs are not assigned by the FCC to your person; the callsign is assigned to your radio station.)




I want to be remembered as "Dad", "Husband", "Grandpa", "Sailor", and "Good Friend", not by the call letters of an old collection of wireless electronic gadgets.
