[CW] OT: FCC Petition for Lifetime Amateur License

I appreciate the warm feelings folks have about their callsigns but they are just Identification assigned by our government after you complete certification of minimal proficiency at that class license. I think the FCC sees it this way, objectively and will continue to in the future.
