[CW] OT: FCC Petition for Lifetime Amateur License

I would add a request that callsigns die with the holder. Its my name in ham radio. I hate to work someone, thinking I know him, to find out its the next person up.

The first down side of this proposal is: when a HAM dies his call 
sign will not automatically drop back into pool after their renewal 
date. (I think there is a grace period of a year or two now?)
