[CW] Chatham Radio WCC 95th Birthday

We had a total of about a dozen QSOs ....a couple on 40 and most on 20 CW .... conditions were not that good on 20 ... we heard no Europeans ... 

We worked K0VVV on 20 CW ...at 15 WPM . we can remember working this call maybe 30 years ago .... not the same operator ...this one was much slower on CW 

The small shack there is crowded ....shoulder to shoulder .... phone operation side by side with the CW station .... concentrating on the CW is a challenge .. 

With that it was a "fun" event to be a part of ... like the Marconi 100th in 2003 ....glad we went there to operate ...

WA1WCC is set to commemorate the occasion with a Special Event, QRV from 1400Z April 17 to 2359Z April 18 on multiple bands, CW and SSB: 

CW frequencies 1850 – 3550 – 7050 – 14050 – 21050 – 28050 kHz 

SSB frequencies 1921 – 3850 – 7230 – 14250 – 21325 – 28450 kHz 

(all +/- QRM). 

Look for spots of “WCC95″
