[CW] CW Keyer Interface

Please confirm 800v @ 300 ma.   240 VA.  No transmitter should have that
kind of voltage at the key terminals:  it is deadly.

I bet your specifications are wrong.

If not, get rid of that thing in a crusher, or convert to grid block keying.
