[CW] CW Keyer Interface

Way back when, I kept a 12 VDC wall wort power supply and a 12 VDC 
relay.  I selected the relay that did not need a lot of current to key
it and had a Voltage rating to key the cathode type radios.  I have not 
shopped for such relays for some time, so maybe some have advice
on these.  We used mercury wetted contact relays back when we home 
brewed W9TO keyers back then.
