WOW!  Looks like the top section just snapped off,  those are scary forces.

 

Glad everyone is OK.  That's the important thing.

Happened on 27 January 2015 with the high winds.  Marshfield - of which
Green Harbor is a village - was in the local news as 80 feet of seawall cap
broke and about ten houses along the sea suffered enough damage to make them
condemned.

 

No building damage, my mother 88 and father 89 (he will be 90 on 2/15/15)
are OK.  My father is WA1DRR, I got him interested in ham radio in 1965
because I was listening to these "sounds on the radio" that sounded like the
rushing of wind.  (No BFO Morse code.)  My original call was WA1DRS (former
WN1DRS Novice class).
