[CW] operating instructions

I don't think that key came with instructions except for a little piece of
paper that showed how to hook up the power for the LED that makes up the
contact assembally.

Just adjust the dots for correct dot to space ratio, then the dashes for
correct dot to dash ratio.  Dot plus space = 2, Dash plus space = 4 for a
ratio of 1:2.

You can find instructions on adjusting a bug, you just have two vibrators
to deal with.
