PACIFIC AIRRAID ON PEARL HARBOR HOSTILITIES WITH JAPAN COMMENCED WITH AIR
RAID ON PEARL HARBOR THIS IS NOT DRILL and TO ALL MERCHANT - EXECUTE WPL
