Similar to what I used for my open wire feeders:

Mine has been up for about two years.

Too good not to relay onward.

these "clips” are used by professionals :rose growers
called “rozenclip” to tie the plants on horizontal wires
http://www.wildeboer-groep.nl/rozenclip-10-cm-2mm-doos-500stuks.html
(partnumber 402320)

the upper clip in the picture =2 mm gaps
seccond=3mm
below=4 mm gaps

technical data: ahum hahahahaha
I used 5 clips per meter (each 20 cm)
weight of 10 clips =27 g
for a box of 500 clips ,including post&packing to Belgium had to pay +/- 32 Euro
if You need more info ?

my feeder in “progress”
wire used is 0,75 mm multistrand (litze Cu-wire)
after a bit of pressure:
ie this wire is gently “pushed” with flat screwdriver
into the 2 mm gaps of the black UV resistent “clip”
afterwards a drop of home made “glue” ( stiropur & solvent = like Q dope) to keep everything steady

a simple “jigg” made L-bended Alu plate plus of upperlid (piece) of sigar box
for keeping equal distances between the Roseclips and making a “nice looking” parallel feeder hi

sri for the used bandwith
cheers
a la prochaine ami Med
