That has been my experience too. And when you find a logging program 
that is nice for daily QSOs, and perhaps keeping track of DXCC or other 
awards, it is no good for a contest. I'd really like to find a program 
that work well for all purposes. Sometimes I don't plan on being in a 
contest, and start making QSOs in one. It would really be nice to just 
click on the "contest mode" button, and be able to start a contest log.
