[CW] OT Shortwave Spreadsheet Download

It seems when things get popular google gives you too many returns for a
search.

I used to easily find a shortwave spreadsheet that listed all of the
current SW broadcasters, by time, and/or frequency.  I'm pretty sure it was
a spreadhseet but it might have been a database.

It had nice colors and was very easy to use.

My memory says it was combined from a few lists and it was downloadable
from a Canadian DX club web site.

Could someone help me and give me the web page?  I've looked and looked and
I can't find it, all I get now is "new App for Android" and such trying to
sell me a program.

I did find out that it's announced by this list
https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/swskeds/info but I haven't joined - it
seems odd just to join a list to get a schedule URL to download.

World Radio TV Handbook has SW schedules for download at no cost.

But I cannot find the spread sheet one that I found so valuable.

Can anyone give the me  location of the file?
