My Mac key (Deluxe Model, serial number 1784) weights 
measure 7/8" diameter by 1/4" thick.

     I measured the weights on my TAC keys, the same as 
above;  Diameter = 7/8", thickness = 1/4", Hole diameter = 
1/4", set screw appears to be a No.6, didn't measure the 
length. On this key the screws have diamond knurling.  The 
weights weigh slightly under 1 oz with set screw in place as 
measured on a postal scale,    I can break out a laboratory 
scale and get a precise measurment if anyone wants it. It 
appears that the weight design is the same for both keys.  I 
have two of these keys, one with a chrome base, the other 
with a dark gray base, weights on both are the same.
