IT DOES SLOW IT DOWN TO THE SPEEDS I LISTED. IT WOULD SLOW DOWN MORE IF
EXTENDED BUT THAT DEFEATS MY GOAL OF NO FUMBLING WITH SCREWS, ALLIGATOR
CLIPS OR CLOTHES PINS ETC. JUST DROP AND GO IN THE MIDDLE OF A QSO ON THE
FLY. THIS METHOD WAS NOT INTENDED TO GET A BUG DOWN TO 2 WPM.
IF THIS BUG IS NOT SLOW ENOUGH I CANT WORK THE STATION. IN FACT ANYONE
WANTING TO GO SLOWER COULD EASILY USE A HAND KEY. I COULD NOT REMEMBER THE
FIRST WORD OF A SENTENANCE AT THE END AT SINGLE DIGIT WPM WHICH IT DOES
ANYWAY WITH TWO WEIGHTS STACKED ON THE ROD.
