    FWIW I found patent (USP 2187351) issued to John LaHiff 
and assigned to Vibroplex that discloses a jewelled bearing 
movement for a Vibroplex key. The drawing shows a Lightning 
Bug style key.
    I believe LaHiff also invented the adjustable main 
spring Vibroplex offered in some Deluxe Original keys. I 
think I have that patent but the Google patent search didn't 
show it up. I need to try an different search string.
