Thanks for the info about the Koch Trainer.
I will check it out.
If a speech recognition program got the spelling and punctuation wrong, the result would resemble the internet.  New English!

I think going from speech to code would require some sort of speech recognition program plus it would have to decide on punctuation and recognize words that sound the same but are spelled differently.
