That's a great idea, Tim.  Thank you for doing this...  

New hams, even some old ones, might not ever give CW a try - why buy gear for a mode you might not like?  
I sometimes give guys spare straight keys when they express an interest in CW - but your method will expose more people to this aspect of the hobby.
