I am very fond of iDitDahText by KB1OOO and used it extensively with my
old phone for typing email, texts, etc. My peers were astounded to see
it done accurately and quickly without me looking at it. But he hasn't
been able to get it to work on iPhone 5 yet, and also it required a jail
broken phone. (Download both from Cydia) I really miss having that
around. If you have a iPhone 4 or earlier, give it a look, you could
tap out or swipe right on the glass. It took awhile to get used to
doing that, but once I got that the knack I loved it.
