[CW] New RadioTelegraph Operator License

I'm not sure that's true -- as long as you understand why the answer is the answer, of course :-). Unfortunately, unlike some other study guides, they literally list the answer -- no explanation of why that is the correct answer. It seems to me that years ago SAMs published study guides that did that. I seem to remember using one for my First Phone back around 1970.
