[CW] New RadioTelegraph Operator License

Thank you, Steve.

I have been trying to sort this out, so I just need to pass element 6 
for my Radio Telegraph Operators License.  Where is my study guide?
Next trip up to the US, I will do it.  Maybe I will set up a shore 
station here is Belize!
