only used Dvorak. If it's good for her, then it can't be all that bad

I have used Dvorak for at least the past 15 years. Before that I could never
do much better than hunt and peck even after typing courses both in high
school and university. Mastered the Dvorak keyboard in about 3 weeks one
summer, using an on-line tutorial practising about 20 minutes a day, and
within a couple of months my typing speed was back up to normal, and after
4-6 months was far beyond anything I had ever achieved with QWERTY. Using
it is much more comfortable and relaxing, to boot.

I used to have to look at the keys while typing. Now I can truly touch type
without glancing at the keyboard. Of course, that might have something to do
with the letters on the keys not being the same as what the keys really
type. All modern day computers have the option of toggling keyboard layouts
with a few simple keystrokes. If I encounter a keyboard not set up to toggle
over to Dvorak, I just look at the keys and peck with my two index fingers.

Here is the latest version of the tutorial I used.
