Vibroplex "Original" Bug, plus cord and wedge:

This Vibroplex "Original" bug was made in 1944 according
to the serial number on its plate, but it looks like it
was made only a couple months ago.  It has the black
crinkle base that is immaculate.  No wear marks, no paint
chips, not defects at all.  This one is in its original
box, although the box shows its age, and has been partially
covered with tape.  The finger piece does not look original
to me.  It appears to be plexiglass, more like a Bencher
paddle.  Of course replacements are available from Vibroplex
if you are so inclined.  $140

Cord and wedge used with bugs
Cotton covered cord and wedge to go between the contacts of
a straight key.  This one looks perfect, with the eyelets
and strain relief.  No defects.  $20.

Buy both of the above for $150.


Military J-38 key
This is the "standard" straight key that has been used
by the military for years and years.  Shorting switch
is included, along with many adjustments, so it can suit
your fist.  The black bakelite base is in good shape,
as is the key itself.  This is the Lionel version with
the "L" on the bottom. $45


Generic brass colored, oval base key
This is similar to a J-38 (without the bakelite base),
but is a Japanese copy. It is brass colored, but is
not real brass. Includes shorting switch.  This is
mounted on a very nice piece of solid wood that is
tear drop shaped.
It works fine and looks really great. $25


Heath HD-1416 code practice oscillator:

This is a small code practice oscillator that is
powered by a 9 volt battery. It has an internal
speaker, but also provisions for headphones.
The volume is adjusted on the front panel, with
the tone adjustable by an internal control. The
key connects to binding posts on the front panel.

This one works fine, and looks fine also. Paper
work is included for $20.


ARRL Morse Code Exam CD
5 WPM version, sent at 15 WPM, but spaced for 5 WPM,
with 750 hz tone $7


Cable for straight key
About 3 feet long, with a mono 1/8 inch (3.5 mm) phone
plug on it, as used with a straight key. $5
As above, but 1/4 inch plug. $5


Cable for paddles
About 3 feet long, and with a 1/8 inch (3.5 mm) stereo
connector on the end, like used by most rigs. $8

As above, with 1/4 inch GOLD plated plug. $15
