[CW] morse code

The United Nations UNESCO group preserves world heritage. Immaterial is
their word for "non-physical".    The group wants to preserve CW Morse Code
by declaring it a non-physical historic artifact worth preserving.

I guess what they would mean is that governments (UN calls them
"Administrations") cannot destroy CW by eliminating it if it is under World
Heritage Preservation under UNESCO.
