Oh, I see the second

actually read the whole thing.  That header   Comments may be viewd at 
--- led me to think it was comments people were putting in about the 
request from ARRL.


What I dont understand (amongst many) is why the ARRL is doing this.  I 
dont remember a thing about them asking us members what we thought, 
before they decided to do this.  ALL TOO OFTEN, they do that.
