[CW] sub bands

Can't ban guns, so make it impossible to get ammunition for them-we are there, ask any one who shoots about that.
Eliminate code from the Ham license requirement-cw dies-it didn't-give the sub bands to the $$$ people (much more money for 
lobbies then ARRL) and we get blown out of the those bands.  They want those bands-one way or another.  Start easy, and if that don't work, be trickey about it.   The future for Ham radio ?- Spread Spectrum only ???
