OT - Does 80M coax fed dipole work with low SWR on 30M?

7 MHz times 3 = 21 MHz - and you can a 7 MHz dipole with good results and
SWR of about 2:1 to 3:1. It's actually has a low 1:1 SWR around 20.5 MHz.
3.5 MHz times 3 = 10.5 MHz.

Does it work on the 3rd harmonic if so what's the SWR like?
