[CW] Code Oscillator CPO was: Request for help

AA7JC has wonderfully started a project and is going to buiild one up for
me.
It's isn't the interesting circuit from the Phillipine ham but another one
which seems to be good.
If anyone is also curious about the Phillipine hams's circuit and is going
to build one and wouldn't mind making another, I'd be very interested in
that particularly because my old Morse ears prefer 500 Hz now a days.
Old ears loose the high frequencies but also the brain/ear does better with
mental selectivity at lower frequencies.
