[CW] Speed Key = Bug Key?

The Navy print shop which made up the card likely just grabbed a stock
picture without a lot of research into the subtle niceties of various key
models.
No Navy transmitter of that era would have worked with the key depicted,
nor with any iambic key, for that matter.
