[CW] For those with Morse deficiency

In the 70s and 80s I used a very similar keyboard which the government 
had purchased for our work.  It was mainly a cw keyer that we could put 
online with our call, to call up net stations, and keep the band used.  
All of three whole memories, with only 26 (I think) characters per 
memory, but you could string them together to get a longer message 
transmitted.  They purchased three of them, and eventually they didnt 
serve our purpose and were set on the shelf.  I convinced my boss I 
should "try" them out at home.  For the next 3 or 4 years, one of them 
replaced my homebrew keyboard keyer at the ham station.  It had more 
memory than mine did.   Oh, and the cost per unti: about $2,500 in 1980 
dollars.  When I left, it went back on the shelf, and may indeed still 
be there, unless another ham wanted to "test" them out.
