I will post a photo when I can get my XYL to take one for me.  I took  
it completely apart and soaked everything but the base in alcohol.  I  
scrubbed the base and larger parts with a toothbrush and toothpaste.   
Seemed to work well, then washed with soap and water.  I have the  
older nickel plated model.  I replaced the original insulators with  
nylon ones from Vibroplex.  I also bought weights from Vibroplex, as I  
could not get slow enough with the SpeedX weight.  It seemed to run at  
about 25 wpm and I need 18 wpm.  You would think that after 52 years,  
that would not be the case.  My plastic fingerpieces are not in good  
shape, but I have some nice Ebony to carve some new ones, when I find  
the time.
