[CW] 10m open to South Asia - VU3DJQ

True, was SSB,  but I asked him for CW sked.
He wants me to pass the word 10 meters is open to South Asia.

Hi David, It was a pleasure to meet you as you made my first contact\
 on 10m with USA.

I was running low power around 90 watts from an old JRC radio and antenna
vertical dipole, this might be one of the reason for my low signal at your
end.

I know Sudipta Ghose - he is a well know SW DXer and now a new ham in India,
I had met him last year.

I would appreciate to receive your QSL card for 10m dxcc. Can you
please send me one to my QRZ address.

Please tell your local radio friends that there is propagation to
South Asia from around 1230 to 1400 z on 10m,
as i could hear US stations working Europe.

I do work here for Voice of America monitoring office. I got my
license in 1993 and on air since then.
