If someone likes to run a business with a callsign lookup-site, it's
all OK to me.

But considering what it costs to run and operate a server nowadays,
how cheap bandwidth is, that the software to run it is available for
free or can be written by yourself, there's no reason why there
shouldn't be an attempt at a completely free database, that has an API
that can be accessed by any software.

I applaud Petr for giving this a try, and now it's up to the users to
decide which way they want to go. Considering the free access to
hamqth.com, it should become a _very_ popular choice for the major
logbook programs to use this as a default now.
