[CW] AH8DX More

Gentlemen and Ladies of this group.

I know that many of you have written me, some have unsubscribed, most who
wrote regretted that they didn't see AH8DX's email about how he realized
that his email wasn't what he should have posted to the group:  We all make
errors in judgement and hopefully we all learn.

I want this group to be an excellent group for the CW audience to enjoy.

Remember, angry comments should go DIRECT if you wish to send them.  This is
a public list, and we want to put our best face forward.

Every family has disagreements - but they are best settled in private, not
public.

Below are some email from AH8DX and myself.

I sent out the notice of his unsubscribing to show the list what happened.
I didn't see his email until later, I wish I had seen it because I would
have included it in that email I sent.

I feel bad that he has left and that others have left.

Remember sometimes we all act too quickly or rashly.   Sometimes we don't
read the newest email first - I do not all the time.

I wish a fire hadn't started, but it is out now.  AH8DX appologized as soon
as he could have and I think that is an excellent thing.  I commend him
publically for doing so.

Please no negative comments on this subject.

Dave,

I really appreciate your transparency and straight forwardness.

My very first post on the reflector was not worded very well and in
hindsight, I now wish I would have never posted it. It takes very thick skin
to be on these reflectors. Not for the weak hearted.

I was just looking for sponsors.

I wish I had seen this email before I saw the unsubscribe email because I
mentioned how I didn't like the people who come to sell and leave.

I now know that the reason wasn't that.  I will make a further posting about
this and warn the group that in the future if anyone attacks a group member
their email will be moderated.  I'll discuss this with co-owner N4XY before
I post this type of message.

At any rate even if that message isn't supported by my partner in this
group, I will post a message about why you left.

I will not allow this type of bashing to go on.  I took appropriate measures
in warning the group as soon as I saw it was going on like a bomb, but I
didn't catch it early enough - and it did happen very fast.

I want to maintain a group that you can enjoy.

I'm sending this email to N4XY - he is co-owner.

On behalf of the guys that didn't throw stones at you, I appologize for
those that did and I assure you that as long as you are civil on this group,
you are welcome with open arms.

I cannot babysit the group but I did my best to stop it short of putting
those on moderation but the further emails came from others - that I didn't
send personal emails to saying stop it or I'll moderate you.
