   20 or 30 years ago two nice young fellers (they looked to be in their late 20s) "copied"
98+ wpm (and a we bit more) in a test, as I recall, at a Miami or West Palm Beach HAMfest,copying by 
typing onto a Apple IIC with the “Keyboard” switch to select between QWERTY and Dvorak layout) using 
the "Dvorak keyboard option."  The file so created was printed onto paper and graded.
Their pictures (with the graded printouts) and the story appeared in the magazine "Florida Skip."
