[CW] Phillips Code

Hello to all and Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.

I recall a few years ago that someone had compiled the Phillips code,
and if my memory serves me correctly (a stretch) it was done in three
parts. Look as I may I am unable to locate this on the net.

Is there someone with a better memory than mine who could point out to
me the location of this file. I realize that portions of it are
readily available, but this effort I am referring to was really
comprehensive.

Any help greatly appreciated.
