I think your key is the 1938 version of the Mac Deluxe key with
Marbelite finish.

The 1939 Mac Deluxe had little "L" shaped dampers on the dot spring -
it was called a "dot pre-tensioner".  It was supposed to eliminate dot
sputtering.
