Back in the 1930s someone came up with a whole alphabet of such phrases, 
but I can't find a reference just now.
It started out:

A = Able
B = Baby-bit-it
C = Cheeky-Charlie

Q, I remember, was "Queer-khaki-cow" so CQ was "Cheeky Charlie's queer 
khaki cow" :-)
