[CW] use of AR

I just think we, as CW operators from the older times of testing for it, 
should be happy that some of the newer hams are, voluntarily, learning 
and using CW.  The fact that they are not, yet )and may never be) Class 
A operators makes me no difference, I am just happy to see them on the 
bands.
