Oracle owning Java doesn't mean they own code written IN Java. 
OpenOffice/LibreOffice is licensed under the Lesser Gnu Public License. 
Oracle is welcome to charge whatever they like for OpenOffice, but they 
must provide the source code to anyone that asks for it, free of charge.
