OK, I'll bite - why don't you think someone will buy it.

Mitch will take something rather than nothing -  he still has sales and he
is a smart CPA, Lawyer and ham.

I'm sure someone will buy it.

Now, if it was you who were selling it, your discernment of your own hope
would be relevant --  I know people who are in negotiations with him.  Maybe
Mitch won't get what he wants, but maybe the buyers won't pay as little as
they want.

One thing keeps the price lower than the old days - there are NO patents
held by Vibroplex that I know of.  Unless Mitch patented something that I
missed in the US Patent Database.
