[CW] CQ-Contest

I didn't participate in the SS contest, but I did listen some, and was 
impressed by the amount of CW activity. In the past few years, CW contests 
seem to draw more operators out of the woodwork than do the QRMtests on 
phone.

On 40m, contest activity seemed to start dwindling at about 7060 kHz, and I 
heard none above 7080, so there was plenty of empty space for non-contest CW 
operation.  I heard fewer than half a dozen CW signals in the entire band 
above 7080 kHz at any given time.

It was refreshing to note the absence of bogus "RST 599" signal reports in 
the exchange format.
