*In few years double casualities at sea*
In the last years the number of great casualities registered
in international waters has been doubled.
In the year 2004 number of casualities 590
In the year 2005 number of casualities 659
In the year 2006 number of casualities 740
In the year 2007 number of casualities 990
In the year 2008 number of casualties 1037.
No few interrogatives by EMSA which is the
European Maritime Safety Agency born in 2003.
The main observation of EMSA said the unfortunately
the faith in modern technologies is loosing his step.
Who believed in a fully automated ship was wrong...
