The more proficient 5 finger key guys were always the left handed ones. This
is a peculiar characteristic of normally right handed people. That is why 
the
violin, guitar, double bass and cello are left hand fingered. This was
discovered hundreds of years ago when these instruments were first invented.
The early luthiers and makers didn't know how to construct the instruments,
right or left hand fingered, until they discovered through trial and error
that it was much better to make them left hand fingered. By the same token,
left handed people send better on 5 finger keys using their right hand.
Paradoxically, this doesn't apply for dual paddle squeeze mechanisms! I do 
not
know about sending with your foot.
