Thats mostly only here in the states I believe (maybe a few other
places) but most of the world ( re. CEPT) requires just the reverse.
I believe most software packages are designed to look at whatever is
before or after a full call, and figure THAT is the country the
station is located in, and report that as the country in the spot.
