[CW] Transceiver for Island Activations

   Most IOTA activators use tiny Honda generators the size of a lunch box and a Icom 706 or such.
The Honda camping generators are very efficient (throttling to the load) and generate 12 Volts and a 
fixed frequency inverter supplies 120 Volts ac for laptop wall warts.  The radio can be run off of 
the 12 Volts directly.
